"Cougar build 28 is a fake build of Windows.
It has the version number 3.2 and was presented to Euro-Asian Beta Group (former OS Beta Group lead by Obrasilo, the original EABG does not exist anymore, it is called The Beta Group now) as a real build, but was later found out as be fake. It's actually based off of several other Windows builds.
There is a string inside SETUP31.VER from early Chicago builds that says "Windows Version 3.20 (Cougar)", which seems to have been the inspiration for this fake. It is unknown at this point if any actual Cougar builds existed, as Cougar was the codename for the Chicago kernel"
В нем присутствуют файлы из билдов: 27, 28, 56, 61, 102, 103 (это вообще RTM).
Годится только для раздела "ФЕЙКИ, ПОДДЕЛКИ, ХИМЕРЫ"

Именно по этой причине никто эту сборку на old-dos не заливал, хотя известна она давно.
