HotBasic Doctor
Updated: Nov 23, 2007

HotBasic Doctor (HBDoctor) adds a third interface to HotBasic help:
HotIDE, HotFind and now the "big daddy" HBDoctor.

HBDoctor is also a web browser -- one that will be my default browser for
many tasks including searching the web, downloading files and more. Both
Internet Explorer and FireFox take lots of time to load. In contrast, you
get almost instant load and run with HBDoctor.

FEATURES
~~~~~~~~
1. The Windows and Linux radiobuttons select which version of the Manual is
displayed and when clicked, clear the web browser history.
2. The left and right arrow buttons function to navigate back and forward.
3. Click of the URL label displays a popup menu to go to Google.com or to
the Yahoo! HotBasic Forums for Windows or Linux, depending on the state of
the radiobuttons.
4. A URL can be typed or pasted in the URL edit box; then click Go.
5. A HotBasic keyword or any text fragment or phrase can be entered in the
Search edit to generate a HotFind hit list which can be navigated for details.
6. HotIDE 2.9a includes launch of HBDoctor with the Help > Manual menu item.
This release of HBDoctor is a step toward upgrading the HotBasic Manual.
HBDoctor was developed from the browser example in Emmanuel Haton's amazing
COMHelper tool for HotBasic.
