You may position a user's name (the "Floating" option) or your ICQ Window on your desktop above any application, for easy access.
To activate the "Floating" option on a user's name on your Contact List:
Click and drag a user's name onto your desktop. Floating users can be configured to remain on top of other applications at all times by checking the "Floating Users" always on top box in the Contact List option in the Preferences dialog.
To position your Contact List on your desktop above other applications:

| Click on the ICQ button and select Preferences.

| In the Contact List icon, Options tab, check the ICQ Window, when open, always showing on your desktop box.
