Q: When I use the $TIME$ parameter the report generation fails. Why?
A: If the time separator is a character (e.g. ":") that the file system does not accept, the file cannot be created. Change the time separator to a character accepted by the file system (e.g. ".").
Q: What are the GUIDs encrypted with (algorithm/key)?
A: The algorithm is well-known and the key size is 128-bit or higher (depending on encryption pack) so it should be pretty secure.
Q: What is the report encrypted with (algorithm/key)?

Q: How do I decrypt the report?
A: Generally, the encryption feature is to be used either when you securely send reports to us, you upload a report to a site or by our corporate clients transferring reports between sites through the Internet. Please contact us for the decryptor - and make sure you have your key!
